Really friendly reception, security guard and house cleaners. Great value for money, with air conditioning, balcony, TV and a safe. Receptionist let me leave my suitcase there while I travelled around other parts of Thailand. Plenty shops nearby including 7/11 and lots of local food places etc. A little further away from your main areas but you should know this when you book.

Located worked for my needs. Reception was very welcoming and spoke good English. My room had a small balcony which was nice early morning. If you are in this area of the city, this is clean, quiet and friendly accommodation

Clean room. Nice staff. However the room is quite small.
