Really friendly reception, security guard and house cleaners. Great value for money, with air conditioning, balcony, TV and a safe. Receptionist let me leave my suitcase there while I travelled around other parts of Thailand. Plenty shops nearby including 7/11 and lots of local food places etc. A little further away from your main areas but you should know this when you book.

Friendly staff! The lady at the front desk is really friendly. When I left the room, they went to check the room, and the find out I forgot something behind, and the immediately gave it back to me.

Located worked for my needs. Reception was very welcoming and spoke good English. My room had a small balcony which was nice early morning. If you are in this area of the city, this is clean, quiet and friendly accommodation
